Step inside Lavender Cottage, and you’ll be greeted by beautiful interiors that perfectly blend modern comfort with artistic flair. The cottage showcases a stunning array of local artists, creating a vibrant and inviting atmosphere throughout.  Comfortably accommodating up to four guests, Lavender Cottage offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with fabulous Smeg double oven, a combined sitting and dining room, and a TV snug, complete with wood burning stove and garden views. Boasting a stunning private garden, with established trees and multiple outdoor seating options, Lavender Cottage’s garden is an ideal spot for evening gatherings, storytelling under the stars, or simply soaking in the tranquility of its quiet location.

  • Ground Floor:   Front door. Entrance hall boot room with coat hooks and storage spaces (perfect for beach towels and paddleboard storage). Cupboard to ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner and picnic baskets.   Door to garden.  Door to stairwell.
  • Stairwell: Stairs to First Floor.  Door to Kitchen. Door to sitting/dining room.
  • Kitchen: Smeg double electric oven, grill and induction hob. Microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fully stocked utensils / crockery / cooking essentials.
  • Sitting/ Dining room:  Drop leaf Georgian dining table seating 4.  Cosy sofa for three, tub chair and soft furnishings.  Bio-ethanol stove (complete with all lighting equipment) and bluetooth speaker.  Door to lower floor.
  • Lower Floor:  Stairs to TV snug with three seater sofa, soft furnishings, and cosy chair, smart TV (Amazon / Netflix log on available), word burning stove (complete with all lighting equipment and logs).  Doors to shower room and patio.
  • Shower room with walk in shower, basin and toilet.
  • Patio:   Bistro table with stairs to garden.
  • First Floor:  Shelving complete with books and games, doors to bedrooms. 
  • Twin bedroom with two single beds and side table
  • Master bedroom with double bed, dressing table and wardrobe. 
  • Bathroom:  Both bedrooms have access to a bathroom (jack and Jill style entrance) comprising of bath, over bath shower, basin and toilet.  
  • Garden:  Stairs from entrance hall or stairs from TV snug patio to lawed garden complete with established trees, plantings, multiple seating options and a children’s swing.
