Ground Floor: Front door. Entranceway with coat hooks, leading to Dining Room:  Large six seater dining table, bay window, desk and CD player.  Kitchen: Twin ovens, large hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, American fridge freezer and fully stocked cooking essentials.  Store room with washing machine, tumble dryer, deck chairs & shopping trolleys for guest use. 

Stairs to:  First floor toilet and first floor with doors leading to Sitting Room: Cosy three & two seater sofas, snuggle chair, coffee table, TV, games and bay window with sea view.   King Bedroom: Kingsize bed, wardrobe, book library and ensuite shower room.

Stairs to: Second floor with doors leading to Master Seaview Bedroom: Super-king bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers, window seat and bay window with sea view.  Bathroom: Free standing bath, double shower, toilet and double basins. 

Stairs to:  Wardrobes and drawers for upper floor bedrooms and doors to  Single bedroom: Single bed, side table and beanbag with views over Deal’s rooftops.  Single bedroom: Single bed, side table and beanbag with stairs and bi-fold doors to terrace, breakfast table and panoramic sea views. 

Parking:  Public promenade parking to front.  Other: Front door accessible via the side of the property via a step.
